To move the anchor point directly using the "Pan Behind" (Anchor Point) tool, here are the steps:
1- Select the layer that you want to modify.
2- Select the Pan Behind (Anchor Point) Tool or Press the "Y" key on your keyboard to activate the Pan Behind (Anchor Point) tool.
3- Move the Anchor by Clicking and drag the anchor point to the desired position on the layer.
4- The changes take effect immediately.
Using the Pan Behind tool allows you to move the anchor point directly without using the Transform properties.
